Do you build commercial-grade furniture?
Yes. All of our commercial pieces are built for high-traffic use, with durable materials and construction methods that meet hospitality and contract standards.
What types of commercial spaces do you work with?
We work on restaurants, hotels, offices, multi-unit residences, retail spaces, co-working hubs, healthcare facilities, and more.
Can you build to code (ADA, CAL 117, fire-rated materials)?
Absolutely. We understand the requirements for commercial spaces and can fabricate pieces using fire-rated foam, fabrics, and ADA-compliant dimensions.
Can you provide technical drawings and specs?
Yes. We offer shop drawings, renderings, templates, and tech packs for approval and coordination with your team.
Do you work with COM or COL?
Yes. We work with COM (Customer’s Own Material) and COL (Customer’s Own Leather) regularly, and can coordinate with your vendors for delivery.
What’s your production capacity for multi-unit projects?
We can scale production based on your timeline and unit volume. Let us know your scope, and we’ll build a phased plan if needed.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. We offer white-glove delivery and professional installation across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, and the Hamptons.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary by scope, but most custom upholstery takes 4–6 weeks, and built-from-scratch pieces take 6–8+ weeks. Rush options are available.
